I purchase a vehicle in 2003, paid it off in 2004. I requested my refund back for the life insurance and the gap.
the life was $ 611.00 and the gap was $ 499.00. they told me the check would be submitted along with the pay in full letter. never received neither. I called the warranty company to see if they could send me my refund directly to me.
I was surprise to be told that the dealership has a contract where they can not give the customers their money because they have to send it back to the dealership as a percentage not check. In September 2018 the manager offer $ 250.00 to make me happy which is what I was told.
this dealership steals customers money and they will not give it back. I filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs in 2005,2007,2009 and they would not respond so they said there is nothing else they can do.
